For the very first time in Scandinavia, and to celebrate Der Peppern Gror’s 8 year anniversary, we are honored to welcome the culinary maestro, the one and only Chef Gaggan Anand. The most renowned Indian chef in the world, Gaggan Anand, a name synonymous with culinary brilliance, is acclaimed globally and has left an indelible mark on the culinary scene. He is not only the recipient over several years of the prestigious Asia’s Best Restaurant award, but has also graced the screens worldwide with his appearance on the renowned Netflix series “Chef’s Table.”


During the 2 day kitchen takeover Chef Gaggan will present an exclusive 9 course menu that reimagines Indian food. His creations have not only garnered awards but have reshaped the way we perceive and savor Indian flavors. Inspired by his restaurants Gaggan Anand and Ms. Maria and Mr. Singh, the menu is a testament to his dedication and vision, featuring the finest Norwegian ingredients, including king crab, scallops, trout, and an array of other culinary treasures. Mind you that the only thing that is sure is that he will not be serving butter chicken or naan.
